60 x 30% = 18 so 60 - 18 = 42 so 42 coins are not pennies

60 coins
30%=pennies
100-30=70% =not pennies
percent menas parts out of 100 so
70%=70/100=7/20=0.7
so we want to find 70% of 60
'of' can be translated to as multiply
0.7 times 60=42
42 coins=not pennies
