What is 8/10 as hundredths in fraction form and decimal form?

80/100 and 0.8

Explanation:

You would do 8/10 and multiply both by 10 and that would give you 80/100. Mainly because 10x10 is 100 and 8x10 is 80.

To get the decimal form, divide 8 by 10 and it should give you 0.8 just like that. C:

In hundreths in fraction form, you want 100 on the denominator (bottom)
in order to do this, multiply the top and the bottom number by 10
8/10=80/100

to get to decimal form, since your fraction is already out of 100, take the 80 and put a decimal two places to the right
80->.8
