Cross multiply and you get 6x=90 solve divide by 6 and you get x=15

$(9)/(6)=(x)/(10) \\ (3)/(2)=(x)/(10) \\ \hbox{cross multiply:} \\ 2x=3 * 10 \\ x=3 * 5 \\ x=15$
