number of parking = 18 * 100 / 15 = 120

There are 120 parking spaces. because if you divide each by 3 then 15% percent becomes 5% and 18 handicapp spaces becomes 6 parking lot spances. Since we know that there is 100% in total percentage we multiply 6 with 20 in order to get 120
