I've looked everywhere and can't find anything... Can someone please help me? List five factors which determine the likelihood that someone will vote and indicate which of the groups in each factor is the most likely to vote.

Media,family, friends, education level. Knowledge of the issues, if the issues directly affect you (like immunizations being mandatory for your kids). I'm not sure about the second half of your question.
