1213/100. If you put 12.13 into a fraction it becomes 12.13/1 which then you can set equal to x/100. You can then multiply it out to find x which equals 1,213

I think it would be 13 1/12 because a foot equals 12 inches and it says 13 inches so you would simplify and get 13 1/12
