so pemdas
first multiplication

(2*2)+(2*2)+2-(2*2)=(4)+(4)+2-(4)=8+2-4=10-4=6
the answer is A

There's nothing tricky about it.

$2\cdot2+2\cdot2+2-2\cdot2=4+4+2-4=6 \Rightarrow A$
