0.65 is just like 65/100, all you gotta to do is turn 0.65 to a reg. number over a 100,hope that wasn't too confusing.

so its 0.65 so make that 65. then make it 65 over 100 then find 65 and 100's gcf (greatest common factor) then divide until its fully reduced
