Answer:

Product = 48

Explanation:

Given : A two digit product. One of the digit is the same as one of the factors,8. The other digit doubled is 8.

To find : What is the product

Solution : Let two numbers x and y

Their product form= xy

→One of the digit is the same as one of the factors,8.

which means one number is 8 and the product form will be factories by 8

→The other digit doubled is 8.

let x digit→ 2x=8⇒x=4

which means y=8

Therefore, there are two option either x=4,y=8 or y=8,x=4

Products are either 48 or 84

we know, product form will be factories by 8

so, 48 is completely divisible by 8 but 84 not

Hence, x=4,y=8 Product=48
