• Siege: it means the surrounding of a place by an armed force in order make people there come out or give up control of the place, like a blockade.
Example: The siege is ready; the enemy can’t escape and will have to surrender.
• Ratify: it is used to make an agreement official (to approve or confirm), especially of governments or organizations – or also
Example: The decision will not be needed to be ratified by the council.
• Ambush: Is used for when a group of people, for example, hide and wait to suddenly attack someone, like a trap.
Example: Some soldiers got injured after an ambush at their camping site.
