I would cover things like:
why I participate in 4th of july
I understand how much the troops overseas are giving up and I'm grateful
Any volunteering you may do that would benefit the american community/country
Just some points I'd include. Make sure to have a strong ending like "When all of these factors combine, it's not hard to see that I'm proud to be American."
