1m=100cm\to1cm=(1)/(100)m\\\\1h=60min\to1min=(1)/(60)h\\--------------\\\\17(cm)/(min)=17\cdot((1)/(100)m)/((1)/(60)h)=17\cdot(1)/(100)\cdot(60)/(1)\ m/h=17\cdot(1)/(10)\cdot(6)/(1)\ m/h\\\\=17\cdot(1)/(5)\cdot(3)/(1)\ m/h=(51)/(5)\ m/h=\boxed{10.2\ m/h}

10.2 meters a hour because there is a 100 cm in a meter there is 60 min in a hour you multiply 7 center meters by 60 min it equal 1020 cm divide by 100 it equal 10.2 and hour
