Percent Mass Percent/mass lowest # #
C 85.64 12 7.13666 /7.1366 1
H 14.36 1 14.36 / 7.1366 2
CH2 this is not in its molecular formula yet the mass doesn't equal 42.08
(CH2)3 mass = 42
It's molecular formula is C3H6
