Write an equation for each stock and set them to equal each other.

Stock a = 14.89 + 0.06h

Stock b = 15.64 - 0.16h

Set to equal each other:

14.89+ 0.06h = 15.64 -0.16h

Subtract 14.89 from both sides:

0.06h = 0.75 - 0.16h

Add 0.16h to both sides:

0.22h = 0.75

Divide both sides by 0.22:

H = 0.75/0.22

H = 3.409 hours round to 3.4 hours
