length=4width\\\\ Area=length*width\\\\ 100=width*4width \ \ \ | divide\ by\ 4\\\\ 25=width^2\ \ \ | sqrt{}\\\\ width=5ft\\ length=4*5=20ft\\\\ Perimeter=2width+2length\\\\Perimeter=2*5+2*20=10+40=50ft
