PE = mgh = (35)(9.8)(3.5) = answer

KE = (1/2)mv^2 = (1/2)(35)(5)^2 = answer

m=35kg\\\\h=3.5m\\\\v=5\ m/s\\\\g=10\ m/s^2\\\\E_p=mgh\\\\E_p=35kg\cdot10\ m/s^2\cdot3.5m=1225\ (kgm^2)/(s^2)=1225\ J\\\\E_k=(mv^2)/(2)\\\\E_k=(35kg\cdot(5\ m/s)^2)/(2)=(35kg\cdot25\ m^2/s^2)/(2)=437.5\ (kgm^2)/(s^2)=437.5\ J
