The volume of a cylinder is (pi)r^2h
V=(pi)r^2h
V=3.14(3)^2(10)
V=3.14(9)(10)
V=282.6m^3

v = bh \pi r^(2)h
So it would be 9 x 3.14 x 10 OR 282.6
