Where did portugal and spain claim land in the western hemisphere ?

As a part of the Treaty of Tordesillas the Spanish and Portuguese Empires agreed that the Spanish would take control of any territory in the Western Hempisphere west a meridian 370 leagues which was west of the Cape Verde Islands and the Portuguese would have the rights to any territory to the east of this point.

Portugal claimed Brazil and Spain claimed the rest of South America and some of Central America I think..
