Why does 10-0=10 but 0/10=0

Answer:

To put is simply, if you have 10 cookies, and you eat 0 of them, there will be 10 left, if you have 0 cookies and share them with 10 friends, each friend will have 0 cookies ^^

Any number that is subtracted 0 units, is equal to the original number.
We have then:

10 - 0 = 10
Then, on the other hand we have:
In the division of numbers, the result of dividing 0 by any real number other than 0 is equal to 0.
We have then:

0/10 = 0
