Since they only want one decimal place in that number, you need to look at the numbers
after
the three. So 519 is rounded up because it is larger then 500. THerefore, the answer should be 7.4

7.3519 rounded to one decimal place (to the nearest tenth) is 7.4. It's because 7.3519 is closer to 7.4 than to 7.3.
