Scavengers are those animals that consume / feed upon dead organisms. Consumer is the term ( depicting a trophic level in the food chain) that describes all scavengers.

Example- Vulture

Producers ( such as green plants and aglae) prepare their own food through photosynthesis. Herbivores ( such as rabbit) are the organism that feed on plant/ plant products. Omnivores depicts an organism that consume both plant and animal products, also they can be scavengers but not all.
