to solve for x
multiply both sides by 3
so you get 2x = 30
then divide both sides by 2
so you get x = 15

(2)/(3)x=10\\\\(2)/(3)\cdot x=10\ \ \ \ |divide\ both\ sides\ by\ (2)/(3)\ (multiply\ by\ (3)/(2))\\\\x=10\cdot(3)/(2)\\\\x=(\\ot10^2)/(1)\cdot(3)/(\\ot2_1)\\\\x=2\cdot3\\\\\boxed{\boxed{x=6}}
