subsitute -2 for n and see if we get a true statment
A.
5(-2+1)=2
5(-1)=2
-5=2
false
B.
5=3(-2)-1
5=-6-1
5=-7
false
C.
4(-2)+3=11
-8+3=11
-5=11
false
D.
4(1-2)=-4
4(-1)=-4
-4=-4
true
