just a matter of subbing and solving....first u pick any number for x, then u solve for y.

4x - 2y = 6....lets say x = 0
4(0) - 2y = 6
-2y = 6
y = -6/2
y = -3....so one point is (0,-3)

4x - 2y = 6...lets say x = 2
4(2) - 2y = 6
8 - 2y = 6
-2y = 6 - 8
-2y = -2
y = 1...so another point is (2,1)

4x - 2y = 6....x = 4
4(4) - 2y = 6
16 - 2y = 6
-2y = 6 - 16
-2y = -10
y = -10/-2
y = 5......and another one is (4,5)
