What is the minimum amount of fruit that should be eaten each day? 1 cup 2 cups 3 cups 4 cups

Toddlers should eat 1 cup of fruit per day and children between the ages of 4 and 8 need to have 1 to 1 1/2 cups per day. Upper elementary age children and teen girls should eat 1 1/2 cups each day.
