30 liters bought...4 liters left-over.....30 - 4 = 26 liters used

1 liter = 0.264172 gallons...so 26 liters is 26 * 0.264172 = 6.868472 gallons...rounded would be 6.9 gallons or if u need it rounded to the nearest gallon, it would be 7 gallons
