To find the x intercept, plug zero in for y and solve for x. To find the y intercept, plug zero in for x and solve for y.
4(0)-y = 8
-y = 8
y = -8. (0,-8)
4x -0=8
4x=8
x=2
(2,0)

The x-intercept is 2 and the y-intercept is -8.
