What was Antarctica's climate like millions of years ago?

Did flowing water exist on Antarctica in the distant past?

Do you think ancient Antarctica was situated in a different location from its location today? Why or why not?

Subtropical climate with summer highs near 77F and winters near 50F. They found fossils of palm trees on the shores but inland there were conifers& beech trees. The Antarctica circumpolar current took shape millions on years later resulting in polar climates.
