We have the following:

In the graph we can see that the y-intercept is 50, now we calculate the slope as follows

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

The points are (0, 50) and (5, 0)

replacing:

m=(0-50)/(5-0)=-(50)/(5)=-10

The slope is -10, therefore the equation of the line in slope-intercept form is:

y=-10x+50
