I believe the correct answer from the choices listed above is option B. The set of even numbers between one and eleven would be .{2, 4, 6, 8, 10}. The numbers for the universal set are

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11

The bold numbers are the even numbers. So, it should be B.
