Having in mind that the italics are popularly used to call attention to certain words in a block of text and that some of the rules for quotation are: Use double quotation marks to set off a direct (word-for-word) quotation and Always capitalize the first word in a complete quotation, even midsentence. then the correct one here is the B option. Hope this can help
