Explanation : When a crystal is formed from many metal atoms; there are many molecular orbitals formed. Each metal contributes it's atomic orbital for the formation of crystal as the molecular orbitals start to get formed. The energies are high in each atomic orbital of the metals but when they combine and form molecular orbitals their energy is lowered and they are much stable than before. Therefore, crystals are formed.

Well, even though it may look like the last option is the correct one, that one is wrong. When a crystal s formed from many metals there are many milecular orbitals. So the answer is B. Hope this is what you are looking for
