#1) What is the probability that it is windy, given that it is rainy? Round your answer to the nearest percent.

Answer: In order for us to make this calculation we will have to use the 70% chance of rain and the 50% chance of wind and rain. We take both probabilities and divide them in the following manner: 50/70 = 0.71. Therefore the probability that it is windy, given that it is rainy is 71%.

I hope it helps, Regards.
