It would be the last reason, "A loss of biodiversity due to an invasive species."
Since the tree frog is a species brought in from somewhere else, and it is doing harm to the native population.

Answer: A loss of biodiversity due to an invasive species.

Cuban tree frogs eat smaller native frogs in the florida everglades. Cuban tree frog will act as an immigrating invasive species in the everglade ecosystem. This will act as a predatory species and native frogs are prey for them. The population of native frog species will either decrease in number, migrate to new location or they may extinct from everglade ecosystem. All these consequences will result in loss of biodiversity due to an invasive species.
