We can use the following general rule for the sum of fractions:

\begin{gathered} (a)/(b)+(c)/(d)=(a\cdot d+b\cdot c)/(b\cdot d) \\ b,d\\e0 \end{gathered}

then, in this case we have the following:

(5)/(10)+(32)/(100)=(5(100)+10(32))/(10(100))=(500+320)/(1000)=(820)/(1000)=(82)/(100)

therefore, the final expression is 82/100
