A(t)=100((7)/(10))^t^{}

Let's solve the function for when t = 2

\begin{gathered} A(2)=100((7)/(10))^2 \\ A(2)=100\cdot(7^2)/(10^2) \\ A(2)=100\cdot(49)/(100) \\ A(2)=49 \end{gathered}

The answer would be 49mg
