Now first open the bracket

0.2x + 0.2 + 0.5x = –0.3x – 4 × -0.3

0.2x + 0.2 + 0.5x = –0.3x + 1.2

0.2x + 0.5x + 0.3x = 1.2 - 0.2

1.0x = 1.0


x = (1.0)/(1.0)

x = 1

Therefore the value of the x is 1 .
