From the picture we can see that angles Z and X are the same because they are oposite angles of parallelogram and rule for it is that oposite angles are the same.

so we can write that equations for determining their size are the same

7x + 61 = 9x + 47

Now we just solve for x.
2x = 14
x = 7

If we implement this in formula for Z we find:
Z = 7*7 + 61 = 110

we implement value of x in the lenght of WY as well

WY = 84 - x = 84 - 7 = 77

Answer is C
