361 is the answer.
to answer this question you would have to do PEMDAS
parentheses
exponents
multiplication or division
addition or subtraction

so first parenthesis
(7+4)
11

now we have
3(11)^2-14/7
exponents
11^2=121

now we have
3(121)-14/7
multiply
3 times 121=363
division
14/7=2

now we have
363-2
subtract
