Given the equation:

-2x+3y=-1

The given equation represents a line

To graph the line, we need two points lying on the line

We will substitute with two values for x and find the corresponding values of y

So, when x = 5

\begin{gathered} -2\cdot5+3y=-1 \\ -10+3y=-1 \\ 3y=10-1=9 \\ y=(9)/(3)=3 \end{gathered}

And when x = -4

\begin{gathered} -2\cdot-4+3y=-1 \\ 8+3y=-1 \\ 3y=-1-8=-9 \\ y=-(9)/(3)=-3 \end{gathered}

So, the line passes through the points (5, 3) and (-4, -3)

We will draw the line segment connecting the points then extend it from both sides

The graph of the equation will be as shown in the following picture
