An international company has 28,800 employees in one country. If this represents 31.2% of the company's employees, how many employees does it have in total?

31.2% of some number is 28,800. In other words, 0.312x = 28,800. Solve for x by dividing both sides by 0.312 and you get 92,308 as your answer!
