PTQ are in a straight line
Given the T is the midpoint of PQ, PT = TQ
Then, 4x + 2 = 7x - 7
7x - 4x = 2 +7
3x = 9
x = 3; and 4x + 2 = 4(3) + 2 = 12 + 2 = 14
Answer: PT = 14
