Of course, sometimes it is very easy to recognize whether person is guitly or not, but do not forget that someone either can stay cool in any situation or simply does not feel like commited something bad. Also, people which are not morally stable, can seem to be guilty just because they are too nervous due to being a suspect.

This is actually one of the most influential tool to show a respect of the opponent and the way to reach its propensity (it is actually used in cold calls)
