Most adjectives are regular and have different forms for masculine feminine and plural. For example:

meaning masculine feminine masculine plural feminine plural
thin delgado delgada delgados delgadas

Las mujeres delgadas

Some don't change according to gender, only number:
happy: Feliz, felizes (plural)

Most of the adjectives come after the noun, but some can come before: Feliz cumpleanhos!
