Moles of KClO₃ = 59.3 / (39 + 35.5 + 16 x 3)
Moles of KClO₃ = 0.48

Molar ratio of KClO₃ to O₂ = 2 : 3

Moles of O₂ produced = 1.5 x 0.48
= 0.72

Mass of O₂ = moles x Mr
= 0.72 x 32
= 23.04 grams
