When the wet-bulb and dry-bulb temperatures are that close together,
then the relative humidity is high. So 93% is much more reasonable
than 29%.

Also, when it's that hot (30°C is about 86°F) AND the relative humidity
is that high, I would be hoping and praying that rain will come soon, to
cool my sweaty brow.
