4x - 8y = 8
8y = 4x - 8
y = 1/2 x - 1

slope: 1/2
y-intercept:(0, -1)

Line perpendicular- negative reciprocal slope

y-(-1) = -2 (x-0) Hahaha I don't know what is the point slope form though hahaha not sure with this.
