1 minute
=
1 hour
= 1 hour
60 seconds 60 minutes
3600 seconds
so
23,000 seconds * 1 = 1150 minutes * 1 = 115 hours or 19.16667 hours

the one that converts from seconds to minutes then fro mminutes to hours
aka
multiply by 1min/60sec then multiply by 1hr/60min
this leaves you with bout 6.38888 hours
C is the answer
