Let the angle be x.

Taking x as reference angle

cosx = b/h

or, cosx= z/3

Again taking x as reference angle for the bigger triangle,

cosx = b/h

or, cosx = 3/6

or, cosx = 1/2

so, x = 60

Now,

As we found out,

cosx = z/3

or, cos60 = z/3

or, 1/2 = z/3

or, 3 =2z

so, z = 3/2
