first we need to factor polynomials that fraction.

we get:

f(x) = ((x+4)(2x-3))/((x+4))

denominator must not be equal to 0 which means our restriction is
x + 4 = 0
x = -4

we can cancel x+4 factors and calculate f(-4)
f(-4) = -11

that means that (-4,-11) is discontinuity

zero we will get when we make f(x) = 0
2x-3 = 0
x = 3/2

Answer is A.
